If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and reschedule.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Refund and Reschedule Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to AlMufakiron AlMubdion Institute (Think-N-Innovate), Dubai , United Arab Emirates.
Courses refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Courses from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Think-N-Innovate, accessible from thinkninnovate.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Think N Innovate strives to provide students with a smooth learning experience, but if you are dissatisfied with the workshop experience, please contact us at info@thinkninnovate.com to resolve the problem.
Think N Innovate does not provide refunds on workshop purchases.
The workshop(s) may be rescheduled or substituted for another workshop of equivalent or lesser value, but no refund will be given.
We only issue a full refund for our Online Workshops if we have not provided you with access to the Workshop within 60 days of the start of your workshop month. Refunds would be issued at the Company’s sole discretion.
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our programme, the Institute reserves the right to withdraw any course. If the Institute cancels the programme for which the student has accepted an offer, then full refund will be made against the student’s name.
Course fees are nonrefundable except for non-availability of seats at the beginning of the course, in that case we will refund the fee 100%.
We will deal with non-payment course fee issue in a confidential manner.
The student may apply for change of course 5 working days before the course start date, otherwise, it is the discretion of the institute to accept or not the request of the student considering other business impact to the institute.
Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other Think-N-Innovate policies.
AlMufakiron AlMubdion reserves the right to add or remove any workshop(s) under the course details at its sole discretion.
AlMufakiron AlMubdion reserves the right to refuse the request of rescheduling if:
a) You have not submitted the request in first 5 days of the start of the workshop
b) You have completed 60% of the workshop.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above rescheduling conditions in our sole discretion.
Unfortunately, Courses on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
In the event of a failure to provide service, Think-N-Innovate disclaims any responsibility in the following cases:
Courses that are returned or rerouted due to an incorrect email address/phone no will be subject to additional charges depending on the subject to reply.
A no call, no show is an absence from the class without notifying the Center for Business & Industry.  Refunds or transfers will not be allowed for anyone registered for a class and does not show or attend.
If the demo is successful, then we will count it as a first-class and the timetable will be set for the full schedule. At any time not more than 2 classes will be rescheduled, and we will provide only one makeup class for any who misses.
